By using Orbix, you acknowledge and agree that GIS, AMLD, leak detection and related information that you or your organization upload to the platform will be transmitted to and stored on cloud infrastructure operated by Orbix and its selected service providers.
You and your organization remain the owners and controllers of all data that you upload to Orbix. Orbix processes this data only to provide, maintain, secure and improve the Orbix services, or as required by law or in accordance with your documented instructions.
If you upload data about third parties, including customers, network users, employees or contractors, you confirm that you have all necessary rights, consents and legal bases to collect, use and share that data with Orbix and its service providers. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Orbix and your data inputs comply with all applicable laws, regulations and contractual obligations.
Orbix takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration, in line with industry practice. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and Orbix cannot guarantee absolute security of any data transmitted to or stored in the platform. You use the service and transmit data at your own risk and remain responsible for maintaining your own backups, business continuity plans and access controls.
Nothing in this notice grants Orbix any ownership rights in your data, and nothing in this notice is intended to replace or override any separate data processing agreement, license agreement or terms of service that may apply between you and Orbix.
